Most mosquitoes rest during the day in secluded areas such as grass, shrubs, arbors, and on buildings under eaves. They are particularly fond of moist leafy and mulched areas under your trees and plants.

Step 2: Recommendations are given to the property owner so that the conditions which are conducive to mosquito infestations can be minimized. Such recommendations could include, emptying water trays under potted plants, reducing watering in landscape areas, cutting back dense foliage and making sure ponds, fountains, spas and pools are empty when not in use or that water circulation equipment is in workable condition.
